All exchange or return must be done in writing by email at
esteelauder@jweinc.net or
fax at 800-605-0260 within 30 days of shipping. Please provide the
following information for the exchange or return:
- Customer Purchase Order # listed on invoice
- Invoice #
- Return Codes
* Too Large 08
* Too Small 17
* Damaged in Shipment 33
* Wrong Item Shipped 41
An exchange or return authorization will be sent to you via email or
fax. Please follow instruction on the return authorization when sending
back the item(s).
PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THE EXCHANGE OR
RETURN CORRESPONDENCE.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
J.W.E. Designs and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as
possible. However, J.W.E. Designs does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by J.W.E. Designs itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in
unused condition.
RETURN POLICY
All returns & exchanges must be made in writing
All defective or missing pieces must be reported within 30 days of
shipping
No returns will be accepted without return authorization sticker
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting J.W.E. Designs, you agree that the laws of the state of New
York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will
govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might
arise between you and J.W.E. Designs or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to J.W.E. Designs or to
products you purchase through J.W.E. Designs shall be submitted to
confidential arbitration in New York, New York, except that, to the
extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate J.W.E.
Designs' intellectual property rights, J.W.E. Designs may seek
injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in
the state of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and
venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be
conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered
as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement
shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to
this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or
otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our privacy policy, posted on
this site. These policies also govern your visit to J.W.E. Designs. We
reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these
Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be
deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition
shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining condition.
