The J.W.E. Design Process
ONE
- Get to know the customer who will be wearing the
uniform and the environment it is designed to complement.
- Determine specific objectives from the customer
regarding the uniform program. Offer insight and guidance based on
the company's corporate strategy, marketing position, budget and any
other pertinent details.
- Assess information about any current uniform
program from "those in the know -- the employees themselves and
determine what they like and don't like.....learn from past programs
what works and what does not. If launching a new uniform program, we
consider the ideal uniform with the front-line staffing in mind.
TWO
- Blend our comprehensive array of current fashion
market research and our knowledge of future market trends with the
individual client's industry trends in uniforms.
- Identify the details and nuances from the apparel
market that can be applied to both the design and overrall customer
needs.
THREE
- Our inspiration begins with trend research; our
design process relies on vision.
- Often, it is simply a detail in the stitching and
other times, it is a pocket treatment. Our research can also provide
a new idea for logo placement or even a new style for logo
application all together.
- Identify the details and nuances from the apparel
market that can be applied to both the design and overrall customer
needs.
FOUR
- We ensure that our designs have functionality,
convey and immediate brand identity and serve as a source of pride
and comfort for the employees that wear them.
- Our goal is always to offer a number of uniform
options, knowing that there are always individual preferences, as
well as business requirements to be met. Everyone needs a favourite...we
make sure there are many opportunities for that, and then the best
will stand apart from the rest.
